This applies to all online shops, both in Norway and the EU. You can get the refund by returning the item to the shop, or by mailing it back to us within the fourteen days – we do not cover return postage. When the item is received back, we will transfer your money back to you. We do not refund postage or any payment charges.
You are of course free to cancel an order before you receive it. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid it being shipped to you with the additional costs this entails.
